We
are currently searching for graduate-level students in Economics, Mathematics
or the Business Analysis Track of the Business School, who would be
interested in performing in a small, but growing firm. Our
program brings in graduate students for a 90-day period, in which they
would be paid an hourly wage with a flexible work schedule structured
to meet their possible class schedule. Weekly work hours could
range from 12-30 per week during the internship, with semi-monthly pay
periods. After the initial 90-day period, we would make an assessment
of the intern, and they would do the same of us, in order to determine
their candidacy for full-time employment. Upon acceptance of a
full-time salaried offer, the employee would then be extended full medical
benefits and an option to participate in our Simple IRA Plan. All
of our current successful Client Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts
have come up through this program from the University of Washington in
Seattle and Texas A&M University.
